Genuine Product or Not?
All of our product are supplied by it originals manufacturers where we are dealing with them directly for product procurement.
How Do I Place An Order?
Login into this site and look for the detail page of our product. Click on Add to cart button to add the opened item into your shopping list. A side bar will appear on the right side of the screen that show your item list in the cart. You may also open the cart side-bar by clicking cart icon on right-end of navigation bar at the top of the page. Click on View Cart button in the side-bar to view on the Cart page. Lastly, click on Checkout button to make payment on all the items in the cart.
Payment & Shipping
Our shipping make use of Postlaju for faster delivery and J&T express. for 24 hour services. All our products' price included with the shipping fee by charging RM2 for each product. We make use of debit/credit card where you are required to enter all necessary information to make payment.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
We are using secured transaction under Wix.com services for any information that you enter on this site. To provide convenience to our customer, we prepare two payment methods that you can choose for your purchase. The payment options we are offering are FPX service for online banking and Credit/Debit card payment.
Returns & Refunds
Our return policy are limited with condition that the products are defect by manufacturer, our staff' packaging and delivery services. Any return is to be conduct within 15 days after purchase. Please take note that we do not accept return due to defect caused by customer usage. You are required to contact us with information provided in this website for any return to be made. Bear in mind that our store do not implement any refunds policy for your purchase..
